After-sales service, as part of the customer satisfaction that we offer. Part of the work of the system or product we supply will comply with our retention policy or other conditions stated in the contract. In addition, we also offer several works that are not included in the retention period, as follows;
- Operation and maintenance contracts, Long-term contracts with guaranteed spare parts will be our responsibility with commercial calculations agreed between us and the customer. In addition, “On Call Basis” operations and maintenance personnel will form part of this employment contract.
- System operation and maintenance training
- Improved performance and improvement of existing systems adapted to current technological developments
- Upgrade existing systems to keep up with current technological developments
- All services provided by the manufacturer or from third parties for the parts we implement in the systems we supply.
- Supply of spare parts
